Use Angle A as the headline positioning (it matches the target audience and can be claimed truthfully today). Let Angle C inform the brand voice, tagline copy, and landing page narrative — it's the feeling Lyra should create. Keep Angle B for GitHub README, technical blog posts, and developer documentation where specificity builds trust.

Differentiators 1–3 form the core moat. They are simultaneously true today, architecturally difficult to replicate (cloud AIs can't go local by design; local tools lack the agent layer), and directly relevant to the target audience. Differentiators 4–7 deepen the value for early adopters and builders but are eventually copyable. The long-term moat is the compound effect: no single competitor occupies all seven dimensions at once.
Clear limits prevent scope creep, set honest expectations, and sharpen the identity. A product that claims to be everything is understood as nothing. Lyra's constraints — personal-first, terminal-native, single-operator, not autonomous — are not weaknesses. They are the conditions that make the privacy claim, the auditability claim, and the ownership claim credible. Remove any of these constraints and the core positioning collapses.
The teal/amber system is already deeply embedded in the logo, animation, and brand narrative. The metaphor coherence (teal = channel input, amber = resolved intelligence) is a genuine design strength that would be lost with a palette change. The recommendation is not to replace it, but to give amber more weight in hero copy and UI accents — it is currently used primarily in the logo, but its warmth should permeate the product language. Alt A is worth revisiting if Lyra ever addresses a consumer audience (Angle C positioning). Alt B fits a developer tooling framing but sacrifices the warmth that makes Lyra feel personal.
